Villa Luna is located on Rukanriutta on the Ruka Village side of Rukatunturi. The drive to the nearest ski lift is a good 2 kilometers. The ski bus to the slopes leaves right next to the villa. The walking distance to Ruka Village’s services is 2.7 kilometers along well-maintained footpaths, the nearest grocery store is 900 meters and the sled rental is 800 meters away.

In the summer, Ruka Slopes have a PRO disc golf course with 21 holes, and the Talvijärvi area is a family-friendly course with 9 holes. Ruka disc golf courses are dismantled for the winter. Playing is free with your own discs.
Discs can be bought from RukaStore and Intersport in Ruka village. Discs can be rented from RukaStore and Scandic Rukahovi’s reception.

The minigolf course can be found in the village of Ruka, near the Tykky tower. You can rent equipment from Piste Rental Store and Ski Inn Hotel Ruka Village Reception, according to their opening hours.

Ruka summer sled track is a speedy and exciting way to get to know Ruka in the summer. Take the VillageExpress chairlift up to the fell and enjoy the ride down. The summer sled track is one kilometer long and made of steel. You come down the track on a specially-made sled. The track is entirely safe, and everyone can choose his or her own speed.

Our taxis are on duty 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Our taxis are tidy minivans for 1-8 people. All our taxis are equipped with air conditioning. We also have a handicap van and a four-wheel-drive van available. For more extensive tours, we provide chartered coaches and transport in minivans seating groups of 13-22, and larger buses seating groups of 25-50 people.
